Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026. This page describes how we handle personal information for visitors and clients of Travion Labs.
Who we are
Travion Labs operates this website and related services. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@travionlabs.com.
What we collect
- Marketing & contact forms: name, email, and details you provide (project description, budget, timeline, company, phone when supplied).
- Client portal accounts: account identifiers (email), name, company, phone when provided, and operational data needed to deliver projects (messages, invoices, project metadata) as described in our architecture and your agreements.
- Technical data: standard server and analytics data (e.g. Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights) such as approximate location, device/browser type, and page views — used to run and improve the site.
Cookies & sessions
The client and admin areas use an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in securely. Marketing pages may use analytics cookies or similar technologies as configured in our deployment.
Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on contract (delivering services you request), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), and consent where required (e.g. non-essential cookies, where applicable).
Retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Lead and CRM data may be retained according to our internal policies unless you ask for deletion subject to legal limits.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact hello@travionlabs.com to exercise these rights.
International transfers
Data may be processed in countries where we or our subprocessors operate (including the United States). We use appropriate safeguards where required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do; continued use of the site after changes constitutes notice where permitted by law.
